All accounts are bound by our policies. Violation of these policies will result in warnings, account suspension, account termination, and/or legal action, depending on the severity of the violation.
We will do our best to protect the interests of our customers and advertisers.

UrFreeSim.co.uk reserves the right to change its Terms & Conditions at any time, for any reason, without notice. We also reserve the right to change the methods through which free items are earned. This may include, but is not limited to, increasing the number of points you have to earn. We may also add or remove any product listed as an incentive at any time. If we replace a product, the new product may not be of equal value.

We reserve the right to change the products or offers at any time, for any reason.

1. You must provide genuine details when joining UrFreeSim.co.uk and validate your email address. If any details are entered incorrectly your account will be closed and any sims earned will be forfeited. If a transaction is authorized but then the merchant comes back to us and tells us the details entered were fraudulent then you must pay for the Free Sim Cards if they have already been sent to you.
2. Items may not be shipped to PO Boxes.
3. All details that we request in our registration form must be provided.
4. We reserve the right to suspend any account for any reason at any time and withhold your sim cards, however we only do to accounts that we suspect of committing fraudulent transactions.
5. If cookies are not fully enabled on your computer then we will not be able to track transactions back to you to correctly allocate your Free Sim Card, most computers have cookies enabled but you can check to see if yours are by going to the tools menu, selecting internet options then the privacy tab.
6. If we are out of stock of a particular Free Sim Card we may send a replacement of equal or greater value or we may wait until restock of that particular Free Sim Card.
7. Sim cards are sent individually or together depending on the amount earned.
8. We only allow one account per person and a maximum of 3 per household.
